Data access and deletion requests

If you are located in the UK or EEA, you may have rights relating to the personal data Lalilano holds about you, including access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability.

How to submit a request

Email support@lalilano.com with the subject line GDPR Request and include enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.

Response timing

We aim to respond within one month of receiving a valid request, although this period may be extended where permitted by law for complex requests.
